AI Scope Analyzer

We use Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to analyze your scope document. We’ve specifically trained Claude with expert-level prompts to evaluate project scopes across areas like pricing, red flags, missing requirements, and more.

Only if you give us permission. Before each analysis, we’ll ask whether you’re happy for us to keep your document and use it to improve our models. If you decline, your document is never stored or used for training. Anthropic’s API terms also state that data sent through their API is not used for their model training.

Only if you explicitly opt in. Before each analysis, we’ll ask if you’re willing to let us store your document to help improve the tool and train our models. If you decline, your document is only held temporarily in server memory for the duration of the analysis and then discarded.

Anthropic may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for trust and safety purposes, after which it is automatically deleted. This data is never used to train their models.

We store your analysis results (scores, red flags, recommendations) and your email address and first name (so we can send you a link to your results). If you consent, we also store the original document you uploaded and may use it to train and improve our models. All data is securely stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant database platform.

Only you and anyone you share your unique results link with. Results are accessed via a cryptographically random token — they’re not publicly listed or searchable.

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption, both between your browser and our servers, and between our servers and Anthropic’s API.

Yes. Contact us and we’ll remove your analysis results and personal information from our database.
